REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY
• Deliveries are made only on the date and time slot specified in your order.
• We will ensure all items are packed properly and with utmost care. We are not responsible for any damages once the product leaves our premises.
• We recommend pick ups over third party delivery applications.
• We’re not liable for delays or damages due to floods/ heavy rains/ pandemics/ potholes/ construction/ natural calamity/ national bandh/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/ regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order.
• We will not be held responsible for damage to the order once delivered.
• Please note that we cannot accept any liability for the treatment of your order or mishandling once a delivery has been made.
• The items are baked goods therefore subject to temperature changes, we request you handle the products according to the specified instructions.
• The person who received the order is responsible for checking that the order specifications are correct and in good condition. Subsequent disputes regarding damage to the product or incorrect design can be raised only at the time of pick up.
